Utilizing user-focused research, I aim to empathetically understand the problem through consultation and observation. This stage focuses on grasping users' needs and root problems, laying the foundation for the design process.
Analyzing observations from the Empathize stage to identify user-centered problems. This involves formulating problem statements focused on user needs, setting the base for innovative solutions in the Ideation phase.
Generating diverse solutions guided by insights from previous stages. Techniques like Brainstorming expand the problem space, and rigorous testing helps refine and select the most promising ideas meeting user needs.
Undergoing iterative testing and refinement informed by user feedback, this process uncovers insights into product limitations and user behaviors, guiding further development.
Evaluating the product in the Test stage involves rigorous assessment using Prototype stage solutions. This final step often leads to problem redefinition, further iterations, and refinements in design thinking. The iterative approach aims to thoroughly understand the product and its users.
